Chicken Ritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    2 cans mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Put in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch baking dish).
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with poppy seed. Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Bake, covered. Uncover and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
