Velvet Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shortening
    12 Tbsp. peanut butter
    6 c. confectioners sugar (2 boxes)
    6 eggs
    6 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 tsp. almond extract
    12 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 2/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs and extracts.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
    This mixture freezes well so that you can use as needed.
