Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2 small jars plum with tapioca baby food
1/2 stick butter
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Melt butter; remove from heat and add the juice and rind of the lemon and sugar.
Blend well.
