Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. large mushrooms
Preparation

Melt margarine; add chopped onion and chopped mushroom stems. Saute.
Add spices and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Stir bread crumbs.
Add bouillon or water, if needed.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
