Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    In a large bowl add flour, sugar, soda, and cinnamon; add eggs and oil.
    Stir to mix; do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon into 3 greased and floured 9-inch tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
