Grandma'S Crustless Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c milk
    1 3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c self-rising flour
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
    1 - 7 oz can of coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Beat until thoroughly mixed. To this mixture, add milk, margarine, flavoring, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into two 9 -inch pie plates. Spray plates with a little Pam. Bake about 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
