Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked asparagus
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook asparagus just 5 minutes, then place in casserole dish. Blend butter and flour.
    Add milk gradually and cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and salt.
    Pour sauce over asparagus; sprinkle with crumbs.
    Dot with butter and bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
