Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, teriyaki cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 c. green pepper, cut into squares
    1/2 green onion, chopped
    1 can beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef in oil.
    Add vegetables, soup and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes until meat is tender.
    Stir now and then; blend cornstarch and water; stir into mixture.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
    Serve with cooked rice.
