Sausage Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. broken noodles
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender; drain.
Brown sausage and onions. Spoon off all but 1 1/2 tablespoons fat.
Add noodles, soup, milk, water and cheese.
Stir well.
Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with crackers and butter mixed together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
