Weight Watcher'S Meal In A Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. (90% lean) ground sirloin or turkey, boiled or broiled
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. cooked green beans
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. water
1 c. macaroni, cooked (1/2 c. uncooked)
pepper and chili pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in pan.
Simmer 20 minutes.
