Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    12 slices bread
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    1 qt. half and half or whole milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put 6 slices of bread on bottom
    of
    extra large casserole dish.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spread 1/2 of sausage on bread. Spread 1/2 of cheese over sausage.\tLayer again.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and salt.
    Pour
    over\tmix.
    Cook,
    uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can be prepared
    the night before, put in refrigerator and cooked the next day.
    Serves 8 to 10.
