Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
