Rich Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. warm water
2 cakes or pkg. yeast
2 eggs
5 1/4 c. flour (about)
Preparation

Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure warm water in large warm bowl.
Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved.
Add lukewarm milk mixture; add eggs and 2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn on floured board and knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl and turn to grease top.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double.
Punch down and turn on lightly floured board.
Make into rolls and let rise in bread pan again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
