Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 Russet potatoes, cut lengthwise in eighths
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan
basil
Preparation

Coat potatoes with oil and pepper. Bake at 400\u00b0 until tender inside, crusty outside.
Sprinkle with cheese and basil when done.
