Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    4 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 1/3 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In bowl, combine meat, crumbs, eggs and 2 teaspoons bouillon; shape into 1 1/4-inch balls.
    In large skillet, brown meatballs. Remove from pan.
    Pour off fat.
    In skillet combine preserves, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons bouillon.
    Over low heat, cook and stir 15 minutes.
    Add meatballs; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
