Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Turn out into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1-inch squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
    May be frozen successfully.
