Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Arrange zucchini in 9-inch baking dish.
Dot with butter. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Drain.
Combine cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; sprinkle over zucchini before serving.
