Barbecued Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 lb. grated American cheese
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Combine milk, catsup, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour over layered potatoes and onion.
    Liquid should barely cover potatoes.
    Dot with oleo.
    Put bay leaf in center submerged.
    Cook slowly at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 about 75 minutes, until potatoes are done. Remove bay leaf before serving.
