Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta
10 oz. cooked, chopped spinach
1 c. Mozzarella
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. onion or garlic salt
1/2 zucchini, sliced and sauteed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
1/2 green pepper, diced and sauteed
1/2 c. chopped ham (optional)
2 tsp. butter or oil
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain completely.
Combine Ricotta, spinach, Mozzarella, eggs, oil, seasonings and vegetables.
Pour into oiled, deep pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with oil or butter.
Done when knife inserted comes out clean.
