Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

6 potatoes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 can corn (optional)
1 can green beans (optional)
4 to 6 pork chops
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Slice and arrange potatoes in greased baking dish (large). Sprinkle with 1/2 envelope onion soup mix.
Heat mushroom soup and milk in saucepan.
(You can also add corn and green beans.) Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes.
Pour heated mixture on top of pork chops.
Top with other 1/2 of envelope of onion soup mix. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
