Microwave Caramel Corn(Excellent) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c corn syrup
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, oleo and salt in a 2-quart bowl.
    Bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes, then cook 2 minutes on High.
    Remove from microwave, then add soda.
    Now, put popcorn in a brown grocery bag.
    Pour syrup into popcorn.
    Roll bag down and cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and shake it up, then put bag in for another 1 1/2 minutes on High.
    Remove and shake again.
    Spread on cookie sheet until cool.
    Can add pecans, peanuts or walnuts in bag.
