Royal Mazurek(Mazurek Krolewski) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
12 egg yolks
2/3 c. almonds, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream butter; sift and add sugar and salt.
Add alternately one egg yolk and a little of the flour mixture until all has been used.
Add almonds.
Bake in two (17 x 11-inch) pans for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut when hot.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
