Blue Ribbon Mincemeat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. ground beef
    12 c. chopped apples, unpeeled
    6 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. cider
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    3 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook
    beef
    thoroughly
    but do not brown.
    Put meat and apples through
    food chopper using medium blade.
    Combine all ingredients in large kettle.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cool and use as needed for pie.
    Can freeze any extra for later.
