1 (15 oz.) can whole baby carrots, drained
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared spicy mustard
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place carrots in a 9-inch pie pan.
In a small saucepan over moderate heat, melt butter; add onion and cook until lightly browned.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar and mustard; blend and spoon over carrots.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until lightly glazed.
