Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the flour together.
    Add egg yolks, juice from lemon and grated rind.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Beat egg whites real stiff; add remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Blend approximately 1/3 of the egg whites into yolk mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell; top with remainder of egg whites.
    Brown in oven at 375\u00b0.
