Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 full c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9-inch angel food pan.
    Beat together oil and sugar in a large bowl.
    Add egg and vanilla and blend well.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Stir into batter.
    Add nuts and bananas.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
