Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna
2 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles and then cut in half.
Prepare lasagna.
Drain. In medium bowl blend Ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Stir in thawed and cooked spinach and 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
Spread Ricotta mixture evenly on lasagna strips.
Roll up each strip.
