Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz. each) French-cut green beans
1/4 c. milk
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

One large bunch:
Discard the long stems and hard pieces and any parts that are too old looking.
Wash 4 to 5 times or until they are free of grit and trash.
Last wash, lay them straight on each other, then roll up a handful and shred or cut them across the leaves.
This is the mustard and collards.
The turnip roots should be peeled and cut in quarters or half, depending on how large they are, then twist the tops to tear them.
