Fresh Apple Cake(From Harrisville Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped raw apples
Preparation
    Chop peeled apples and set aside.
    Measure salad oil into large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and eggs; beat until creamy.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and apples.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or more, depending upon apples used.
