Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. low-fat Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook chicken, skin and remove bones.
    Cut in bite-size pieces. In a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole, cover the bottom with cooked chicken.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise and poppy seed thoroughly and spread over chicken.
    Crush enough Ritz crackers to spread over chicken and soup mixture to cover 1/4-inch depth.
    Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    If boned skinned chicken seems dry, sprinkle with chicken broth.
    This can be prepared a day ahead.
    Freezes good, too.
