Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. (3 medium) mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl combine sugar and butter.
    Beat at medium speed 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add bananas, eggs and vanilla.
    Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). By hand, stir in flour, baking soda and salt just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
    Spoon into greased 12-cup large muffin pan or 18-cup regular muffin pan.
    Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Remove from pan.
