Steak With Herb Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck steak
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 3/4 c. skim milk or water
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 c. milk
1 sliced onion (1/2 c.)
paprika
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Cut meat into serving sizes.
Trim and discard all fat.
Heat oil and brown meat on both sides; drain off oil.
Season meat highly with black pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Add onions.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Cover and cook 1 hour or until tender.
