Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can poppy seed filling (Solo)
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until light.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well.
    Add poppy seed filling.
    Blend in yogurt and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt; add gradually. Beat well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Remove and cool on wire rack.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
