Steak And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
5 or 6 medium potatoes
3 small onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Brown the steak in oil.
Slice potatoes and onions thin.
Line the casserole with a layer of potatoes and onions.
Place the steak on top, then pour the soup over the steak.
Repeat until all the potatoes, onions and steak are used.
Season to taste.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until meat and potatoes are done.
