Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients and roll into two long rolls, about 50-cent size around.
    Wrap in waxed paper.
    (This will keep several days in the refrigerator.)
    Slice 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, about 8 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Good appetizers.
