Peanut Butter Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. chunk-style peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Thoroughly stir together flour, 3/4 cup of the brown sugar, the baking powder and salt.
    Add milk, peanut butter, cooking oil and vanilla.
    Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
    Carefully pour hot water over entire top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
