Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 jars junior carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained partially
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix well and blend all ingredients except pineapple and eggs. Add the pineapple and eggs, two at a time, beating well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then test.
