Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tart apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Pare apples and cut up.
    Arrange in 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon.
    Sift remaining 1/2 cup sugar with flour.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes longer.
