Sue'S Spanish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chicken legs or thighs
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 onion
    4 or 5 small potatoes, cut in small pieces
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 pt. water
    1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Put garlic and onion in blender and chop until fine.
    Add a little oil.
    Put water in pot.
    Add garlic, onions, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and bouillon cube and bring all to a boil.
    Add chicken.
    When half done, add potatoes.
    Cook until done.
    Spoon over cooked rice.
