Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped
3 c. apples, chopped
1 tsp. each: soda, cinnamon and vanilla

Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased Bundt pan.
