24 Hour Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. pineapple syrup
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 c. apricots, sliced
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. pineapple chunks
2 oranges
Preparation
-
Cook egg yolks, salt, vinegar, pineapple syrup, sugar and margarine in double boiler until thick.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream, apricots, marshmallows, pineapple and oranges.
Chill 24 hours.
Serves 12.
