Parmesan Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder fillets
    vegetable cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Arrange fillets in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Spread mixture evenly over fillets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings with about 161 calories per serving. You may used sliced lemons on your fish or with your fish.
