Citrus Fish Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 lb. halibut or salmon steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except fish steaks.
Pour mixture over fish.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Remove fish; reserve marinade.
Cover and grill fish about 4-inches from heat, turning once and brushing 2 to 3 times with reserved marinade until fish flakes easily with fork.
