Chicken Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam
Preparation
    Blend sour cream and apricot jam together; spread over chicken in casserole.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
