Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (16 oz.) can blackberries with juice or fruit of choice
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish as oven preheats.
Mix together flour, sugar and milk until smooth.
Pour over butter; do not mix. Place berries on top and add sweetened juice.
Do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until crust rises to top and is golden brown.
