Nellie'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c bread flour
    1 c water
    2 envelopes yeast in warm water
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients in a bowl or mixer.
    Mix until it is no longer sticky.
    Shape into a ball and put the mixture in plastic bag for 1 hour.
    Then take the bread out of the bag.
    Knead and make any shape you desire.
    Let it rise for 1 hour, when it's doubles put in the over for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
