Molded Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. cranberries
Preparation

Cook cranberries in 1 cup water for twenty minutes.
Stir in sugar; cook 5 minutes longer.
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water; dissolve and set aside.
Add cranberries and vegetables. Refrigerate to set.
