Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted margarine
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
10 eggs
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
-
Melt margarine and pour into graham cracker crumbs.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
Press into the bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan firmly.
Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
