Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped hot pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender, except Certo.
    Blend.
    Strain. Add sugar; mix well.
    Bring to a hard boil.
    Boil 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add Certo and red or green food coloring.
    Skim and put into jars.
    Makes six half-pints.
