Homemade Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. sugar or honey
Preparation

Cut apples into quarters.
Peel apple pieces.
Put apples and water into a pot.
Set on stove over low heat.
Cover and cook gently for about 15 minutes or until they are soft.
Add the honey or sugar while they are hot.
Mash apples with a wooden spoon until desired consistency.
You can add cinnamon (optional). Serve hot or cold.
